A ROUND ROBIN is when players stay with the SAME PARTNER for every game. They play EVERY other team that is participating that day. We will keep track of wins and points. Every team will play each other for a total of FIVE games. Gold, Silver and Bronze places will be recognized. Some games will have an USAP Level One Referee. You DO NOT have to be registered in a tournament to sign up for these POP! activities, but they are a great way to practice for them. Participants can be ANY AGE, as long as they have the correct skill level for the Round Robin they register for.
When registering for this event, BOTH PLAYERS must sign up individually and LIST their PARTER'S NAME. DO NOT sign up WITHOUT having a partner. You are welcome to post on Pictona social media that you are looking for a Round Robin partner to possibly become a future tournament partner, but it is your responsibility to get both players to sign up and pay.
Games will be played on courts 37-44. Recommend that you park and enter thru the West Gate. All players are required to STOP AT WELCOME DESK to CHECK IN for these events. If you do NOT have an ANNUAL PLUS MEMBERSHIP or Monthly Auto Renew PLUS MEMBERSHIP, you will be required to pay a $5 event fee, in addition to the daily entrance fee ($7 for ages under 18, $15 for 18 & up) OR one punch on your PIC 10 Pass or scan your BASIC/Monthly On Demand membership card in good standing.
