Pictona Success Team

Join the Pictona Success Team of Volunteers, dedicated to supporting the sport of pickleball at Pictona! As volunteers, we play a crucial role in ensuring the success of tournaments and events, contributing to an exceptional experience for all participants and spectators.

All Pictona Volunteers will receive the following:

1. Free Meal Ticket: Volunteers who commit to a minimum of three hours per day receive a complimentary meal ticket on their volunteering day.

2. Free General Admission: Enjoy free general admission to all pickleball matches. While Pictona typically offers free spectator access, certain tournaments featuring professional players may have admission fees. However, our volunteers are exempt from these fees and have the privilege of sitting in the bleachers to witness top professionals in action at our MetroHealth Championship Court.

3. Volunteer of the Month Recognition: Members of our Pictona Success Team have the chance to be selected as "Volunteer of the Month." This prestigious honor comes with the reward of a premium parking spot, conveniently located just steps away from our north Clubhouse entrance for the entire month.

4. Volunteer Appreciation BBQ: In celebration of National Volunteer Month every April, we host a special Volunteer Appreciation BBQ. All members of the Pictona Success Team who have volunteered during the previous 12 months will receive an invitation to this event.

5. Monthly Prize Drawing: Thanks to Karen Dillard, REALTOR® of Realty Pros Assured and a valued Pictona Member, we hold a monthly drawing during tournament season. One lucky member of the Pictona Success Team will win a ONE MONTH PICTONA MEMBERSHIP. Volunteers earn an entry into the drawing for every three-hour shift completed, increasing their chances of winning this fantastic prize.
