Class Description
For beginner-advanced students. This class will give you the optional of standing, chair yoga, your mat or all three. You will warm up your joints for 5-10 minutes followed by Hatha Yoga, mediation and Qigong.
Instructor Bio
Ed Eisler has over 20 years of medical experience as an Occupational Therapy Assistant (A.S.). His licenses and certifications include Massage Therapy, Fitness Training, Yoga and Tai Chi, among others.
