Pictona is looking for a highly organized, proactive, people-first Assistant Operations Director to help keep our energetic, fast-moving pickleball facility running at its best. This role plays a key part in delivering smooth operations, aligned staff, and an outstanding experience for our members, players, and guests.
Working side by side with the Operations Director and the leadership team, the Assistant Operations Director helps bring systems to life, supports and manages staff, oversees daily operations, and ensures policies, procedures, and service standards are followed consistently. This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves, solving problems, and balancing big-picture thinking with day-to-day execution.
This role requires flexibility, including nights, weekends, and event coverage.
