We're proud to host the 2024 US Senior Pickleball National Championships,
presented by Humana, from December 5-8.
This one-of-a-kind event is the only national tournament exclusively for
players ages 50-80+, featuring round-robin play in five-year age/skill brackets.
On December 3rd and 4th, join the USSP courtside for a pro demonstration
clinic with Dayne Gingrich and Jill Martin, offering players exclusive
insight into peak performance both physically and mentally!

Education Director
Sharpen Your Game with Guided Play at Pictona! Led by our Education Director, Scott Thornton, Guided Play blends live play with expert coaching to help you elevate technical and tactical skills. You’ll refine the six essential shots, improve court movement with your partner, and learn when to defend or go on the attack.
Instructors offer in-the-moment feedback using “freeze play,” briefly pausing to explain and demonstrate adjustments before jumping back into action. It’s focused, fast-paced, and fun, a smarter way to improve your game.

Ladder Play
Mondays, 6 - 8 pm
Do you have what it takes to reign supreme on the pickleball court and claim the esteemed title of King or Queen of the Court? Join us at Pictona for an evening of competitive pickleball action during our Open Seeded Ladder event, exclusively designed for players with skill levels ranging from 2.5 to 3.99. Prepare to showcase your prowess and engage in a thrilling Pictona Intramural event that pairs participants with like-skilled partners, regardless of gender.
Entry Details:
Novice Mixers
Mondays, 5 - 8 pm
Wednesdays, 6 - 8 pm
Sundays, 9 - 11 am
When you arrive at the courts for a MIXER, you will be given a PLAYER NUMBER. There will be a printed game schedule that shows the assigned player numbers at each court. They will play 6 competitive games.
NOVICE Mixers will be played on courts 37-44, Sundays from 9-11am and Wednesdays from 6-8pm. Participants will play 5 competitive games. All players are required to STOP AT WELCOME DESK to CHECK IN for these events.
