Monthly Membership Pricing Update

Annual membership continues to offer the best value at Pictona, with prices starting at $400 for Individual, $700 for Family, and $200 for Youth memberships! Alongside these unbeatable options, we're thrilled to announce some exciting changes to our monthly membership pricing, effective July 1st, 2024. These adjustments are designed to make accessing Pictona more affordable and flexible for those who prefer a monthly payment option.

Here's a breakdown of the changes for our Basic Memberships:

Basic Individual Membership:

• Old Monthly Pricing:
  $40 recurring payment with a 1-year commitment
  $48 30-day on-demand membership

• New Monthly Pricing:
  $40 recurring payment with no commitment

Basic Family Membership:

• Old Monthly Pricing:
  $70 recurring payment with a 1-year commitment
  $78 30-day on-demand membership

• New Pricing:
  $70 recurring payment with no commitment

Basic Youth Membership:

• Old Monthly Pricing:
  $20 recurring payment with a 1-year commitment
  $24 30-day on-demand membership

• New Pricing:
  $20 recurring payment with no commitment

Transitioning to the new payment method is simple:

If you are currently on one of our 30-day on-demand memberships, there is no need for immediate action. Simply continue enjoying your membership until it expires. Upon renewal in July, our Welcome Desk staff will assist you in adding your preferred payment method to your account. If you sign up for a monthly membership outside of the first of the month, your first month will be pro-rated. You'll then be charged the full membership fee on the 1st of all following months.

Cancellation Made Easy:
We believe in flexibility, which is why we've made cancelling your monthly membership hassle-free. On the 5th of each month, you'll receive a friendly email reminder about your upcoming billing cycle. If you ever decide to cancel, simply reach out to our Welcome Desk in person or over the phone at 386-310-7067, or email us at memberservices@pictona.org. You have until the 10th of the month to notify us, ensuring a seamless cancellation process.

Payment Security:
Please note that for our monthly membership options, all players must have a payment method saved on file with Pictona. Rest assured that the security of your credit card information is our top priority. Your information is securely encrypted when saved on file with Pictona. Payments are processed by a trusted third-party service, ensuring your sensitive data is handled with the utmost care and security.

Alternative Options:

If you prefer not to opt for recurring monthly payments, you’re welcome to:

• Prepay for an annual membership with a one-time cash or credit card payment.
• Purchase day passes at our affordable $15 price point, granting access to the club for the entire day.
• Choose a Pic-10 package, offering 10 visits for $120, reducing each visit's cost to $12.

No Changes for Plus Members:

For Plus Members who already pay monthly access fees on a recurring basis, there are no pricing changes. Plus Members still enjoy the exceptional benefits of the Plus program with a 1-year commitment.
