Cheryl Wynn, a DPT at Thomas Physical Therapy is offering this FREE workshop with the office employee in mind. Learn why sitting for prolonged periods of time isn't good for your health and what exercises you can do at your desk to alleviate pain. Discover how to adjust your workstation to fit you properly and create a healthier workspace.
This workshop is designed to fit within the space of a lunch hour. The presentation will begin around 12:10 pm and will end at 12:45 pm. For those who are interested, Cheryl will hang around for a Q&A from 12:45 - 1 pm.
