In the event of inclement weather rendering the outside courts unplayable, Pictona's 13 covered courts may also be affected. Please read below for detailed rules and guidelines to better understand how specific events and programs scheduled on the covered courts are adjusted to accommodate Open Play.
- Private Instruction/PB-101: No new private instruction or PB-101 classes can start when the outside courts are unplayable due to weather.
- Pictona Camps & Classes: Pictona camps & classes will be held rain or shine. In the event of inclement weather, they will be moved to covered courts.
- Scheduled Skill Level Play: All assigned skill level play courts convert to Open Play when the outside courts are unplayable due to weather.
- Challenge Courts: Challenge Courts may be discontinued and converted to Open Play when the outside courts are unplayable due to weather.
- Group Reservations: Group reservations may be cancelled at management's discretion when the outside courts are unplayable due to weather.
- Events/Tournaments: The cancellation policies for each event will be defined in the outside organization's contract agreement with Pictona.
