Thank you for visiting the Pictona at Holly Hill website.  This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from https://Pictona.org.  We are committed to protecting your personal information and we may make changes to our policy so please check back periodically or contact us at info@pictona.org (the “Site”) should you have any questions.

Personal information we collect: When you visit the Site and make a purchase, including signing up for memberships, we collect certain information from you including your name, billing address, payment information (including credit card numbers), email address, and phone number.  We refer to this information as “Order Information.”  We also collect personal information if you sign up to receive our newsletter.

How we use your information: We use this information to manage your membership, fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). 

Sharing your personal information: Your personal information is shared with third parties only to accomplish the above items.  For example, we use Authorize.net to power our membership management program.  We may also share your personal information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.

The Authorize.net Payment Gateway manages the complex routing of sensitive customer information through the electronic check and credit card processing networks.  The company adheres to strict industry standards for payment processing, including:  128-bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology for secure Internet Protocol (IP) transactions, industry-leading encryption hardware and software methods and security protocols to protect customer information, and compliance with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS).

Data retention
When you place a membership order through the Site, we will retain your order information to maintain up-to-date membership records to allow your use of the Pictona at Holly Hill facility.

Return/Refund Policy

Membership Refunds
Individuals joining Pictona may request refunds in the following situations:

Annual membership: if within the first 30 days of membership an individual is unhappy with the services or facility, a refund for the remaining 11 months will be given less a $25 processing fee. Membership to Pictona will cease beginning with the second month of membership. 

Annual Membership by Month or Monthly membership: individuals signing up for an annual membership by month or monthly membership may cancel their membership at any time and will no longer be automatically billed on a monthly basis.  The membership will continue until the end of the month for which payment has been received and no refund will be given for that month.

Other refunds/returns/exchanges

  1. You can return unopened items in the original packaging within 30 days of your purchase with receipt or proof of purchase. If return is accepted we will refund your purchase price and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.  Please note that you will be responsible for the original freight shipping and handling charge shown on the invoice and the return freight unless the item has been deemed defective or damaged by Pictona.
  2. You may exchange any item in the original packaging or with all tags within 30 days of your purchase. You are responsible for shipping to Pictona and for return shipping to you.  For any defective item that is returned and verified by Pictona as defective you will be reimbursed for the return standard shipping cost and Pictona will pay for shipping you a replacement item.  Upon receipt of the returned product, we will notify you via email whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect or damage.
