Volunteer of the Month

At Pictona, we believe that volunteers are the heartbeat of our community! Their dedication and enthusiasm make our facility a vibrant and welcoming place for all.

To recognize and celebrate the exceptional contributions of our volunteers, we have introduced the Pictona Volunteer of the Month Program. This program is designed to honor those individuals who consistently go above and beyond in their service to Pictona. As a perk, the Volunteer of the Month is granted exclusive access to a designated parking space just steps away from the front entrance of the north Clubhouse.

Criteria for Consideration:

To be considered for the Pictona Volunteer of the Month award, candidates must meet the following criteria:

1. Signup Genius Registration: Must be registered in Signup Genius as a member of the Pictona Success Team.

2. Pictona Membership: Must be a registered Pictona member.

3. Exemplary Pictona Spirit: Demonstrates commendable Pictona spirit while volunteering or playing at our facility, acting as an ambassador of the Pictona community.

4. Exceptional Hospitality: Goes the extra mile to ensure that every guest who walks through our doors feels genuinely welcomed and receives the assistance they need during their visit.

5. Positive Role Model: Serves as an inspiring role model to other volunteers, expressing the positive aspects of giving back to Pictona through their actions and attitude.

6. Respectful Interaction: Shows respect for all Pictona members and guests, fostering a warm and inclusive environment for everyone.

7. Dependability: Demonstrates reliability and a willingness to assist whenever asked, contributing to the smooth operation of our programs, events, and tournaments.

8. Constructive Feedback: Provides valuable feedback to the volunteer coordinator, helping us continuously improve our programs, events, tournaments, and more, with the goal of growing our membership one person at a time.
