Fusion Fitness incorporates elements of Tai Chi, Yoga, Pilates and Qigong, providing participants with a combination of balance exercises, moving meditation, breathing practices for increased lung capacity, functional aerobics and a wide variety of therapeutic applications.
Ed Eisler has over 20 years of medical experience as an Occupational Therapy Assistant (A.S.). His licenses and certifications include Massage Therapy, Fitness Training, Yoga and Tai Chi, among others. In 2000, he received the Sports Massage Therapist of the Year Award in Florida. Ed is a Pain Relief Specialist, a Certified Health Coach, and has published two books: “The Pain Free Movement School” (2010) and “Higher Functioning Health & Aging” (2012). A six-time Grand Prix Running Champion, Ed was inducted into the Daytona Area Grand Prix Hall of Fame in 2012. Ed’s mission is to provide safe, natural remedies and solutions for pain. He is well known throughout Volusia County for his popular fitness and educational classes and his dedication to helping his students achieve their goals.
