YOUTH MIXER, a competitive event for players ages 8-18 will be held on Saturday, October 7 at 3pm. Players MUST list their self rated skill level when they register. We will try to have (4) separate events for each skill level: 2.0, 2.5, 3.0, 3.5 and 4.0. If we don't have at least 8 players per skill level, they will be combined.
FAMILY TEAM MIXER with adult/youth partners (youth ages 8-17) will be held on Wednesday, September 27 at 6:30pm. We will have multiple divisions, based on youth player's skill level. They will play 5-6 consecutive games. For the Family Team Mixer, the adult/youth teams do not have to be related but would be great if they were. Teams will stay together for all games and compete against the other adult/youth teams.
When you arrive at the courts, you will be given a PLAYER (or TEAM) NUMBER. There will be a printed game schedule that shows the assigned player numbers at each court, for each game. We will keep track of individual wins to determine the Champion! If we have a minimum of 8 players (or teams) in each age group or skill division, then there will be a Champion for each one. With parent's permission, photos of player/s with trophy will be posted on social media pages (Facebook and Instagram).
All players are required to STOP AT WELCOME DESK to CHECK IN for these events. If you do NOT have an ANNUAL PLUS MEMBERSHIP or Monthly Auto Renew PLUS MEMBERSHIP, you will be required to pay a $5 event fee, in addition to the daily entrance fee ($7 youth/$15 adult) OR one/two punch/es on your PIC 10 Pass or scan your BASIC/Monthly On Demand membership card in good standing.
