Fusion Fitness incorporates elements of Tai Chi, Yoga, Pilates and Qigong, providing participants with a combination of balance exercises, moving meditation, breathing practices for increased lung capacity, functional aerobics and a wide variety of therapeutic applications. This class is taught by popular local instructor, Ed Eisler. When: Thursdays, 10 - 11 am Cost: Donations Accepted What to wear? Comfortable athletic clothing What to bring? Water (and a friend, if you like!) Maximum Class Size: 20 participants. Registration for each class is encouraged. If a class fills up, priority will be given to participants who have registered, and walk-ins will be accommodated on a first come, first served basis.
