Join senior fitness specialist, Artie G., for Pilates at Pictona. Focusing on abs, glutes, arms and legs, you will increase core strength, flexibility and mobility - all attributes that contribute to both pickleball success and general physical wellness. Sessions will take place primarily on the floor (BYOM - Bring Your Own Mat) and will last approximately forty-five minutes.
